How many cabins are there, and how many guests do they sleep?

Ferngully Creek is a collection of four secluded log cabins — Rosewood, Cherry Blossom, Cicada's Song, and Sycamore Lane. Each cabin has one bedroom with a king bed and sleeps two, so every cabin is a private, romantic retreat for a couple.

Does every cabin have a hot tub and a jacuzzi?

Yes — and this is what makes Ferngully special. Every cabin has both: a private indoor jacuzzi for two inside, and its own private outdoor hot tub on a screened porch in the woods. Soak inside by the fire or outside under the trees — the choice is yours, every night of your stay.

Where exactly is Ferngully Creek located?

We're at 7226 Township Road 319, Millersburg, Ohio 44654 — on a secluded, wooded parcel in Holmes County, the heart of Ohio's Amish Country. You're tucked away in the trees, yet only about ten minutes from downtown Berlin and Millersburg, with cheese houses, bakeries, antique shops, and the Amish Country Theater all a short drive away.

Do the cabins have kitchens?

Yes. Every cabin has a full kitchen — refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker — plus a dining area, a charcoal grill, and an outdoor fire pit under the trees. Cook in, grill out, or roast s’mores by the fire; a Roku smart TV, central air and heat, and free Wi-Fi are included too.

Is there a pool or fitness center?

Yes — every Ferngully Creek stay includes keycode access to The Club at Berlin Resort, just a short drive away: a fitness center, indoor pool, indoor hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge, plus the seasonal resort pool. It’s a nice change of pace from the quiet of the woods whenever you want it.

What makes Ferngully Creek different from other cabins?

Two things: seclusion and soaking. The cabins sit off a quiet township road, tucked into their own woods rather than lined up along a busy road — so you get real privacy. And every single cabin has both an indoor jacuzzi for two and a private outdoor hot tub, which is rare even in Amish Country. It’s a romantic getaway built for couples who want to disappear for a few days.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Entry is contactless with a private keypad code, so there’s no front desk to visit. Need an earlier arrival or later departure? Call us at 330-893-1300 and we’ll do our best.

Is there a minimum stay?

Minimum stays can vary by season and around weekends and holidays. The live booking calendar always shows exactly which dates are available and any minimum for your dates — no guesswork.

How do I book?

Book online any time for real-time availability, live pricing, and instant confirmation. Prefer to talk to someone first? Call us at 330-893-1300.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes — a Ferngully Creek getaway makes a wonderful gift for the couple in your life. Call us at 330-893-1300 and we’ll be glad to help.

Are the cabins pet-friendly?

Ferngully Creek is a pet-free property. To keep every cabin comfortable for guests with allergies, we're unable to accommodate pets. Service animals are welcome as required by law.

When is the best time to visit Amish Country?

Ferngully Creek is beautiful year-round — spring green, lush summers, brilliant fall color through October, and quiet, cozy winters made for the fireplace and hot tub. Fall weekends are the most popular, so reserve those well in advance.
